NTS has implemented a sophisticated, yet easy to use, web portal, complete with behind the scenes support and full Internet security. This portal facilitates faster communications, eliminates useless redundancy, and improves enterprise-to-enterprise workflow, maximizing efficiency. With prior authorization and the correct access identity, customers can view and retrieve status and test reports, data and documents, reference materials and much more. In the Metrics module, customers can view, sort, select and retrieve purchase order/invoice information by number, facility, or other key categories. The online data and documents export easily to industry-standard information programs. All the information is available 24/7 around the world. For those customers preferring to witness their conformity or performance testing on site, or if NTS is required to witness customer testing remotely, the NTS Live Test module offers the additional capability to stream video from test site cameras and make it viewable via the Internet using industry standard browsers and programs. The viewer needs no special equipment. The Live Test module is interactive and can also share live data links such as screen captures from the customer or the NTS test laboratory.

Data Automation

The Data Automation module of the NTS Customer Information Portal allows the NTS engineering staff to easily upload and publish documents for customer review and use. This capability aids customers in meeting their time-to-market deadlines and assists them in sharing critical information throughout their organization quickly and efficiently. The Portal can accurately transfer files with virtually no size limitation. A firewall protects the data against viruses and unauthorized access. Customers can activate the Automatic Email Notification feature to advise when their documents are posted. The Data Automation Software in the NTS Web Portal also allows our engineers to capture and store electronic data into a database for later retrieval. The stored data can be viewed, sorted, and downloaded by job number, customer number, print or test date. The selected data can be formatted/bundled/zipped in preparation for transfer to any popular database program for archiving, analyzing, or report formatting.

Customer Metrics

The Customer Metrics Module allows NTS customers to access procurement and invoicing data related to their projects. Fully secured by strict authorization codes and monitored continuously for unauthorized access attempts, this portion of the Portal stores active and reference procurement information. Users can search by specific purchase order or invoice dates, program ID, Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), NTS facility or other key data. For each search, the system displays totals for each referenced column in the documents, i.e., total dollars, total number of orders, etc. A unique feature automates the download of these results into other industry-standard software programs for manipulation and analysis.
